Mesh cloth generally has two composition methods, one is knitting, the other is carding, among which the knitted warp knitted mesh cloth has the most compact structure and the most stable state. The so-called warp knitted mesh fabric is a fabric with mesh-shaped small holes.
Weaving principle:
There are generally two weaving methods for woven mesh cloth: one is to use two sets of warp yarns (ground warp and twisted warp), twist each other to form a shed, and interweave with the weft yarn. The twisted warp is to use a special twisted heddle (also known as a half heddle) to be twisted on the left side of the ground warp sometimes. The mesh-shaped holes formed by the interweaving of twist and weft yarns have a stable structure and are called lenos; the other is to use the jacquard weave or the change of the reeding method. Fabric with small holes on the cloth surface, but the mesh structure is unstable and easy to move, so it is also called false leno.
Fabric Features:
With its unique double mesh design on the surface and a unique structure in the middle (like X-90° or “Z”, etc.), the warp knitted mesh fabric presents a six-sided breathable hollow three-dimensional structure (three-dimensional elastic support structure in the middle). It has the following characteristics:

Fabric classification:
1 Raschel mesh
The warp knitted elastic mesh is the most important product on the elastic warp knitting machine, such as elastic hexagonal mesh, diamond elastic mesh, Jonestin, etc. It is generally interwoven with spandex root nylon, and the spandex content exceeds 10%, which has strong elasticity and is often used for strength. 2 tricot mesh
Produced on HKS series models, mesh products produced by tricot warp knitting machines. The mesh fabric knitted by tricot warp knitting machine generally has a symmetrical structure on the left and right or left and right, and up and down. When weaving, the same threading and symmetrical laying are performed between every two bars. It has certain extensibility and elasticity, and has the characteristics of loose structure, good air permeability and light transmission, and is widely used for sewing mosquito nets, curtains, laces, etc.

Fabric application:
The warp knitted mesh fabric is also realized through skilled cutting, sewing and auxiliary processing when making clothing. The warp knitted mesh fabric first has sufficient clearance, and has good moisture conduction, ventilation and temperature adjustment functions; Wide range of adaptability, it can be made into soft and elastic clothes; finally, it has good surface properties, good dimensional stability, and high breaking strength at seams; it can also be used as lining and fabric for special clothing, and warp knitted spacer fabrics. Used to produce safety vests.
The warp knitted mesh fabric has good heat retention, moisture absorption and quick drying. At present, some main applications of warp knitted mesh fabrics in leisure sports are: sports shoes, swimming suits, diving suits, sports protective clothing, etc.
